Return & Refund Policy
Pastel Flower reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.
Pastel Flower reserves the right to amend charges based on additional items ordered, remote delivery, re delivery etc.
Refunds & Cancellations
i) Orders in progress (either in preparation or being delivered) and same-day orders may not be cancelled or refunded. A processing and handling fee of up to 40% of the total order cost may be charged.
ii) If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply. We will always attempt to contact you to advise that a re-delivery will occur.
iii) All quality complaints, non-delivery complaints or cancellation requests must be received by Pastel Flower in the delivery date. An investigation will be carried out with each valid complaint and a response communicated as soon as possible. If proof of delivery or additional supporting documentation is required this may take up to 5 working days.
iv) Pastel Flower & Gift Shop will charge of 40 % of the purchase price for any cancellation given such proven requests within 14 working days to 21 working days. Monies are credited back to the same account which was used to place the order and in the same currency.
